Cebu Philippines, our last stop in the Philippines

We stayed in Tambuli Seaside resort in Lapu-Lapu City outside of Cebu for 4 weeks taking day trips to other sites. One thing I found interesting was Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, unlike many other cathedrals and churches.  The Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral focuses much more on the history of religion in the city. Lapu-Lapu City is where Magellan was killed in 1521 on his trip around the world (He didn't make it all the way around).  We found the Filipino people a very peaceful people always smiling and willing to help.  However, it's very poor here and they work hard every day.
